The following is a list of some known problems with our software; we are working to correct them for the next release.
  • There is a confirmed problem when your system is using Windows Common Control library (comctl32.DLL) with version 4.00. Digital photos database requires the use of version 4.70 or greater. This is true for the 95% of today systems. If you have install in the past any windows service release pack or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.x, 4.x, 5.x, then your system will use comctl32.DLL 4.70 or 4.71 or 4.72 and the program will run properly. However if you experience any problem during editing a grid, the reason is the existence of this old DLL. In this case you can upgrade this file downloading the new version from the Microsoft support site or from our site (click here). The size of this patch file is 326 kb
  • Digital Photos Database Pro version 1.4 is available as a patch. This file contains only a changed executable and must be installed over the original installation of version 1.1. Click here to download this patch. This patch fixes the following problems:
  • 1. A slide show bug that was appearing only in viewer mode, with the symptom to loop on the first image
  • 2. A print out problem, that has the symptom to crop printed thumbnails on certain printers.
